Job Description
Position: Global Operation Supervisors (2 HC) – Real Estate and Facility Management (under Integration team)
Reporting to: GO RE & FM Manager (under Integration team)
Working Location: Shanghai

Position Objectives:
The GO Supervisors(under Integration team) are responsible for real estate and facility management (RE & FM) across all Wyeth Commercial and R&D premises in mainland China. The supervisors support GO Manager(under Integration team) to deliver a high levels of customer service. They are also responsible for collaborating with Pfizer TSA teams to ensure the service quality.

The GO Supervisors (under Integration team) will support GO Manager(under Integration team) to facilitate the integration planning and execution initiated by Nestle, including but not limited to current process assessment, process re-engineering, coaching and training.

Last but not least, the GO Supervisors(under Integration team) ensure all GO products and services, systems and procedures, process and operations, are fully compliant with the Wyeth and Nestle internal and external Principles, Policies, Standards, and Guidelines.

Detail Responsibilities:
Be accountable for the Real Estate and Facilities Management for total 41 points of presences in China, including 15 sites in Pfizer TSA and 26 sites conveyed to Nestle. The responsibility scope of the 2 supervisors could be determined by regions or TSA/ non-TSA classification.
Be accountable for internal client satisfactions. Maintain effective communications with Wyeth commercial departments and develop full understanding of the business needs. Develop GO Business Plans to meet the compelling business needs.
Lead GO Portfolio Management and Project Life-Cycle in the respective sub-regions.
Lead GO Daily Operations that include
a) Operational Services:
· Develop and manage Customer Services e.g. Meeting Spaces
· Develop and manage Logistical Support e.g. Mail services and delivery of scientific supplies
· Manage Cross Site Inter-Divisional relationship
· Strong collaboration with other supporting and enabling functions
b) Facility Management & Engineering:
· Manage and develop cost to operate
· Manage and develop customer focused facility management
c) Environmental, Health & Safety:
· Ensure Site complies with Environmental Legislation and Pfizer Environmental Policies
· Ensure Site complies with Safety Legislation and Pfizer Safety Policies
· Ensure Site complies with Occupational Health Legislation and Pfizer Occupational Health Policies
· Manage the EHS management system
d) Security:
· Ensure that the Site is safe and secure f
· Ensure that there is compliance for all Pfizer Security Policies and Procedures
Own GO Captial and Expense budget in the respective sub-regions, including Planning and forecasting, Tracking and Reporting

Educational Background Required
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferably Finance, Facility/Real Estate Management, Business Management, or Engineering)

Working Experience/Skills Required
Minimum: >8 years experience in Facilities Management and minimum 2 years in management position

Desirable:
Proven Leadership and Communication skills; Proven Thinking and Problem Solving skills and experiences; Good team player; Operates with discipline; Innovative; Good follow through; budget management.
Experience in post-deals environment will be an extra credit.
