Job Purpose：

Responsible for area marketing strategies and activities those align with national brand/disease strategies in the responsible category.

Responsible for region base non-ACC program design and implement. Responsible for monitoring/review region ACC activities.

Responsible for management local level speaker database and region KOLs management.

Responsible for marketing, advertising and promotion programs within the A&P budget within responsible category.

Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.

Major Accountabilities：

1. Support brand strategy definition and C4 MPH plan.

2. Assist centrally planned activities in and region roll-out. Initiate region base program and activities.

3. Coordinate with sales, medical marketing and other regional functions to monitor and analyze market trends within the region; active participation in brand planning / market insights process from central marketing.

4. Design, manage, coordinate and evaluate brand tactical plans and category A&P budgets for Area activities

5. Ensure high quality execution of agreed tactical plans for Specialty activities

6. Manages area category budgets for area activities

7. Manage regional key opinion leaders.

8. Brand training of sales representatives

9. Ensure brand messages consistency

10. Ensures that NP4 guidelines are fully respected in central and regional marketing driven activities

11. Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant

Ideal Background：

Education: University degree in Business or Science (MBA preferred)

Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese Mandarin

Good in both written and spoken English：

Experience: 6 years marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry, while 3 years in management position

Marketing experience preferred
