Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责：

- Prepare, collect and check out all documents for export license application required by BAFA and METI

准备，收集和检查BAFA 和 METI办理出口许可证所要求的所有文件

- Submission of all documents for EL application and reply to queries if any from BAFA/METI for each EL case

提交申请出口许可证所需的所有文件，对于每一个EL申请，解答BAFA/METI所提出的任何询问

- Coordinate with local office and other departments to ensure the progress of all EL cases

协调当地办公室和其他部门，确保所有EL申请的顺利进展

- Support the customers to apply for importer statement requested by BAFA and follow up the status of IS application in responsible area

支持客户申请BAFA所要求的进口厂商声明，跟进所负责区域的进口厂商声明的申请状态

- Update EL report timely

及时更新EL报告

- Other tasks assigned by EL team leader or O/P manager

EL团队负责人和合同执行经理安排的其他工作

Requirement / 任职要求:

University, major in international trade is preferred.

本科学历，国际贸易相关专业

3 years working experience in foreign trade / customer service / sales assistant.

3年以上外贸、客户服务或销售助理相关工作经验

Familiar with order processing procedures or international trade

熟悉合同执行流程和国际贸易

Shipping documents handling experience under Letter of Credit is preferred

具有信用证单据制作经验者优先

Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills. Capable of working under pressure and independently.

强烈的责任感和良好的沟通能力，抗压能力和独立性强

Japanese skill in both writing and speaking, English is preferred

良好的日语书写和表达能力，懂英语更好

Be careful, patient and good communication in team work

Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft office
