职位描述：
Duties& responsibilities 工作职责：
1) Pre-screen CVs, make telephone interview and arrange interviews 预筛简历，电话面试及安排面试；
2) Assist on maintaining staffing information system 协助维护人员信息；
3) Assist on updating monthly training record 协助更新每月培训记录；
4) Prepare and check training agreement 准备并跟进培训协议；
5) Assist on checking probation form 协助跟进试用期考评；
6) Collect attendance record 收集考勤记录；
7) Announcement filing and posting 通告张贴及存档；
8) Personnel file filing, including contract, change form, etc. 员工个人信息包括合同、变更表等存档；
9) Training & performance review documents checking & filing培训及绩效考评文件跟进及存档；

Qualification 岗位要求:
1) University student, major in management, business, administration or equivalent;
    在校大学生，主修管理学、商贸或行政等相关专业；
2) Good command of English in both written and oral;
    良好的英文口语及书面能力；
3）Highly passionate, resourceful and proactive in problem solving and execution;
     热情积极，足智多谋，执行力强，能够主动积极解决问题
4）Team player, good interpersonal, and communication skills;
     具有团队合作精神，人际关系好，沟通能力强
