Process Development Specialist
Job description
The responsibility of the Process Development Specialist is to implement the process optimization projects in customer centers service department which shall lead to improvements in operational efficiency and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team and shall report to the Process Development Manager of CTS division. He/She mainly support service business process.
Mission
1. In-depth understand CTS business model, develop scorecards to evaluate and follow up business performance
2. Co-work & support the Customer Centre CTS managers in implementing best practice in sales & operations process.
3. Demonstrate clear business requirement to system supplier, follow up system tool design, developing and testing. Make sure system tool meet business expectation & has good user experience.
4. Provide a solid interface between the requirements of the service business and the internal/external system development programs required to support.
Experience requirements
1. At least 3 years’ experience of enterprise management system (ERP /CRM) implementation
2. Experience/Knowledge of service business in industrial equipment customer center.
3. Experience of project on J2EE & MS SQL Server
4. Independent leading project is a plus.
Knowledge
Good command of English is essential.
Knowledge of operational management
University or above degree.

3. Logically thinking & analytical ability to evaluate the conflict situation
4. Strong innovation & learning capability
