The Training Specialist of Draeger Academy is responsible for delivering training courses and supporting on training modular development for internal and external customers and for conducting trainings on a professional and efficient level. Thereby, he/she keeps good cooperation with Sales, dealers and Marketing departments.
岗位职责

Training development, planning and implementation
- Conduct / update advanced clinical application training and education tools & materials
- Coordinate with internal and external clinical application trainers to deliver training
- Update clinical and competitive knowledge with Sales and Marketing departments for specific modality in cooperation with Training Manager if necessary
- Organize, plan and conduct customers trainings

Product/ application knowledge
- Promote clinical knowledge to doctors, nurses and clinical staff at customer sites
- Enhance knowledge about new products and new technologies related to assigned modalities
- Update knowledge of competitive devices, issues and user preferences in assigned modalities
任职要求

Bachelor degree or equal in medical / biomedical / biology or a comparable combination of education and experience

1-3 years working experience in relevant area
1-2 years experience in the specific modality is preferred (e.g. critical care, emergency care)

Professional
- MS Office – advanced level
- English in written, read and spoken – advanced level
- Knowledge of Project Management – basic level
- Product knowledge of the relevant products – advanced level
- Presentation Skills – advanced level
- Experience in writing clinical application literatures – basic level

Behavioral
- Communicate and cooperate – advanced level

In order to make sure that Draeger products accord with the Chinese market and to ensure the qualify of after-sales service by Draeger that is recognized world wide, Draeger Medical invested to establish Shanghai Draeger Medical Instrument Company Limited (SDMI) in 1994 and Draeger Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Company Limited (DME) in 2000, respectively, in Shanghai to be responsible for all businesses of Draeger (Germany) Company and Draeger (North America) Company in China, and nearly 500 persons were employed.

Draeger Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Company Limited (DME) is an enterprise solely invested by Draeger Medical Joint Stock Company Limited. At present, four branches have been established in Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Xian, and two independent incorporated companies, Draeger Medical Equipment (Hong Kong) Company Limited and Draeger Medical Equipment (Taiwan) Company Limited, have been set up in Taiwan and Hong Kong, respectively.
