National Technical Specialist - GAR
Job description
- Closely monitor and follow up the product quality issue of GAR product , Collect, feedback and follow up the product quality issues via a systematic way
紧密监控与跟踪GAR产品的质量问题，系统性地收集、反馈与跟踪产品质量问题；
- Assess the training needs from the areas, design & deliver the quality training program to the aftermarket personnel, effectively support the competence improvement of the aftermarket staff (GAR product range)
评估区域里的培训需求，设计以及对售后人员进行高质量的培训，有效地支持售后人员的能力发展（GAR产品范畴）；
- Design & deliver the training program to OEM customer, to support the grow the GAR business.
设计以及对OEM客户进行培训，以支持GAR业务的增长；
- To provide nationwide technical support to the aftermarket staffs, and customers as well
全国范围内向售后人员和客户提供技术支持；
- Promptly resolve the critical technical related issues via utilization of the internal resources in order to improve customers satisfaction
通过有效利用内部资源，及时解决严重的技术相关性问题，以提高客户满意度；
-To undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
处理管理层分配的特别项目工作；
-Other related jobs assigned by technical support manager
处理技术支持经理分配的相关工作。
Experience requirements
- A person with strong technical background with Atlas Copco CT- oil screw products / Min 3 years' service experience is required
有较强的AC喷油螺杆机产品的技术背景/至少3年服务经验。
Knowledge
- Excellent PC knowledge / Good English skill is necessary.
熟练使用电脑/流利的英语口语和书面。
Educational requirements
- University / College graduate in an engineering discipline
本科/大专学历，机械类专业。
Personality requirements
- Good communication skills/ Customer orientation/ Self-motivation & self-initiatives on the job
良好的沟通技巧/客户导向/工作积极主动，自我激励，有内驱力。
