职位描述：
主要工作职责:
Position Responsibility Summary:
1. 为中国区销售及市场总监协调安排各类会议；
Coordinate conferences, meetings event and appointments for China Sales & Marketing Director;
2. 协助中国区销售及市场总监管理和协调各类商务活动；
Assist China Sales & Marketing Director in management and coordination of any management and business activities;
3. 管理和维护中国销售和市场总监的时间表，妥善安排旅行行程；
Manage and maintain China Sales & Marketing Director’s schedules, ensures travel arrangements are managed effectively;
4. 确保中国区销售及市场总监同销售团队及其他部门间清晰顺畅的沟通；
Clear and smooth communication amongst China Sales & Marketing Director, sales team & other departments;
5. 协助准备各类管理或销售会议的演讲文稿及会议纪要；
Support preparation of presentations and meeting minutes for sales & management meetings, etc;
6. 维护并管理销售及市场数据，提供相关的销售及市场数据分析，协助数据报告的汇总、生成；
Maintain & manage sales & marketing data, provide relevant data analysis, coordinate and assist in report consolidation, generation;
7. 完成其他交办的工作。

任职资格
Requirement Profile:
1. 商务管理、销售或市场类本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree in Business administration/Sales/ Marketing
2. 英语熟练，听说读写能力良好
Proficiency in English; Good in both written and spoken English.
3. 具有商务管理、销售、市场分析类相关工作经验者佳
Business administration, sales & marketing analytics experience is preferred
4. 电脑使用熟练，擅长Excel，PPT等办公软件的操作
Good command of computer knowledge, Excellent Excel, Powerpoint skills is essential
5. 思维灵活开放，具有团队精神，乐于学习，具备良好的分析和问题解决能力
Flexible and open-minded, team-working spirit, willing to learn, good analysis and problem resolve skills
6. 自信，具有较强的人际交往能力
