Roles & Responsibilities:
a) Production Planning & Scheduling：
- Organize the work of schedule for printers and repair production planning and materials procurment process in order to achieve requirements, as well as for maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Analyze the sales orders and optimize resource utilization – material, capacities.
- Propose and take necessary actions and solutions in order to reach printer and repair parts lead time target and keep the appropriate inventory levels.
- Keep monitor of routine printer and repair center plan orders in order to ensure smooth running process and good productivity.
b) Project and Initiatives：
- Take Lead in coordination with global and other functions for phase in /out and ECN change.
- Lead improvement in SAP PP function by generating new processes or solutions
- Utilize lean tools to initiate projects to improve productivity, stock turn over,efficiency,etc.
c) Team Management and Coaching：
- Generate and update proper SOP for relevantion works.
- Take lead in planning function to improve the service level and inventory turnover.
- Drive and Coach planning team members to achieve the company goal.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. College degree or above and with production planning management experience.
2. 8+ years working experience with production planning management background in manufacturing companies. Good SAP knowledge.
3. Good reading, written and with oral English skill.
4. Operational and maintenance knowledge of the procurement and production planning.
5. Positive attitude, team work and ‘Can do’ spirit.
6. Open-minded, result-oriented, proactive and good communicate skills.
7. Quality orientated approach of the work.
8. Capacity to help in the tasks assigned and to be available in case of increase of activity.
9. A.P.I.C.S CPIM Certificate holder perfered.
