职位描述：
1、 根据国家相关法律法规、企业的发展战略目标和业务运作模式，协助人力资源总监制定及维护薪酬福利体系；
2、 负责公司薪酬方案细则的实施与推进，对员工薪酬福利进行管理；
3、 指导监督下属团队完成每月的薪资核算、发放、纠错等；
4、 分析市场薪酬数据，根据工作分析和岗位评估结果，参与设计公司薪酬体系，编制薪酬管理制度，并组织实施、评估和完善；
5、 控制、核算与预测公司总体人力成本，提供相关分析报告；
6、 负责研究和跟踪市场薪酬变化，参考公司业务情况及人员变动规律，制定公司薪酬调整方案；
7、 优化完善现有福利体系，提升员工福利满意度；
8、 对薪酬方案进行梳理，薪酬体系的完善与优化，制定薪资福利管理制度。

任职资格：
1、 本科或以上学历，人力资源相关专业；
2、 8年以上人力资源工作经验，至少5年以上薪酬福利专业模块实践经验；
3、 具有良好的团队管理能力，能有效带领团队完成薪酬福利工作；
4、 掌握薪酬设计方法，了解现代企业薪酬福利管理体系设计方法和薪酬福利管理流程，熟悉薪酬福利保险等方面的法律法规；
5、 逻辑思维能力强，数字敏感度好，善于进行数据分析，具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力；
6、 具备良好的职业操守、强烈的敬业精神与责任感，抗压能力强。 举报 分享
