Reporting to
HR Manager

Mission
Lead recruiting, staffing , talent management to ensure a competent and engaged organization and align business strategy, work at the best level to support business obtain desired results as well as to ensure employee’s engagement.

Major responsibilities
Recruiting
- To understand business requirements, co work with business managers to insight business trend, propose the recruitment strategy and headcount plan to support business.
- To build up systematic recruitment channels
- To lead and coach recruiting team to ensure the recruiting effectiveness, to ensure the right person for the right position, through competence based recruitment process.

Talent Management
- To initiate and lead employer branding activities to attract external talents and improve internal engagement.
- Recognize high performer with high potential in the organization, talent pipeline review and implement development program accordingly.
- To ensure our continuous on inspiring and growing talents, focusing on management pipeline to secure future leaders supplying and understudies for each key position.
- Promote AC culture and diversity on equal career opportunity.

Staffing
- Serve as advisor for all human resource matters of a legal nature.
- Resolve employee relations issues including legal cases with a systematic approach
- Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and also in keeping with Atlas Copco requirements.

Others
- Implementing HR Policies and people management processes according to The Way We Do Things.
- Act as a role model, motivating and stimulating employees to act according to the company’s values.
- Continuously improve the present HR best practices already implemented in customer center.






Experience requirements
More than 10 years experience in HR function, at least 3 years in HR management


Educational requirements
Have a University degree in HR, Legal, Psychology or equivalent.

Knowledge
- Professional knowledge and competence within all aspects of HR function with special focus on recruiting, talent management and staffing.
Understand business and talent market, have insight to translate to executive plan/project
Good presentation skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Good computer skills including good command of Microsoft Office soft ware
