职位描述：
工作职责：
1、管理仓库运作团队，确保收货、包装、发货等流程正常进行
2、执行和完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，提高效率，降低成本
3、科学、高效的管理仓库储位，提出改进方案，保证仓库最大化的使用率
4、有效配合公司整体销售发货需求
5、监督执行盘点工作和结果分析，并提出改进方案；
6、推动、制定本部门人员的培训、培养计划，确保人员素质、技能满足公司、工厂的发展需要
7、完成上级领导交代的事宜
                                                                                                                                                                                      
 任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，物流相关专业优先；
2、8年以上工作经验，3年以上相关管理工作经验
3、至少对仓库，物流，采购、计划、销售五个部门熟悉三个。侧重于仓库，物流。
4、有较强的管理能力与协调能力，
