1、负责日常收支的管理、网银录入；
To process daily transaction, include on-line banking
2、完成关联公司对帐并准时地安排关联公司付款；
To reconcile and settle inter-co AP/AR,
3、严格按照公司员工报销政策负责审核原始凭证，保证报销手续及原始单据的合法性、准确性；
In strict accordance with company policy for employee reimbursement to check and review expense claims and invoices，
4、负责登记银行存款日记账并准确录入系统，按时编制银行存款余额调节表；
Responsible for registering bank deposit journal and inputting it accurately, prepare bank reconciliation.
5、负责记账凭证的编号、装订；保存、归档财务相关资料；
To file vouchers and reports，
6、预测的每周现金流计划；
Weekly cash flow plan for fund forecast
7、审核合规文件，必须遵守国家法律法规和公司的合规政策；
Audit the compliance documents, must comply with state laws and regulations and company’s compliance policy
8、协助完成与财务报告有关的年终会计活动，包括完成公司年终审计；
Assist for year-end accounting activities related to financial reporting including completion of corporate year-end audit
9、掌握必要的技能，知识和能力，提供优秀的内部和外部客户服务；
Get accounting necessary skills, knowledge and competence to provide excellent internal and external customer service
10、其他直线经理交予的任务

任职资格：
1、大学专科以上学历，会计学或财务管理专业毕业，初级职称；
College or above, Graduated in Accounting or Financial management, Primary vocational qualification title
2、具有相关2年以上工作经验；
Minimum 2 years working experience
3、熟悉操作财务软件、Excel、Word等办公软件；
Be familiar with financial software, MS Excel, Word and other office software
4、记账要求准确、及时，账目日清月结，报表编制准确、及时；
Accurate and timely reporting
5、要求对工作认真负责，态度端正，有良好的职业道德；
Be responsible for the work, right attitude, Have a good professional ethic
6、了解国家财经政策和会计、税务法规，熟悉银行结算业务
Be familiar with financial policy, tax laws and regulations, bank settlement
7、性格温顺、吃苦耐劳
Docile personality, hardworking
