Depending on focus of role (HROPS) incumbent may have the following responsibilities:
1. Document Center Management, receive and check received documents from stakeholder, feedback to process owners if any missed;
2. Scan hardcopy to softcopy, manage in e-profile;
3. Identify the hard copy labeled with empcode and employee name, stored by BU and department in Cabinets.
4. Maintain and update the document Index which records all documents corresponding with Peopleosft data;
5. Tracking missed documents both in Softcopy and Hardcopy.
6. Responsible for document center lending and expiration files destroying;
7. Support BHR for employee profiles searching and lending;
8. Training system maintenance: responsible for training modules/courses creating and assignment as an administrator, training records maintenance in ISO Train, Training reports releasing;
9. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Good communication skills - oral and written both in Chinese and English.
Be patient, careful, and independent work capabilities in heavy pressures;
High honest, accountability, self-motivated, and good team player.
Basic knowledge of statistics and accounting and skilled application of Excel, PPT required.
Be Sensitive on data.
Education and/or Experience:
College degree or above
One year working experience or above
Prefer to have document management experience.
