职位描述：
工作职责：
1.制定整个黑龙江省和哈尔滨市场的规划，制定相应渠道的开拓和进驻计划并每日汇总跟进报大区总监审核；
2. 辅助经销商进驻门店并招聘，培训，提升终端销售人员；
3.完善零售店铺或专柜现场的陈列，演示和检查考核终端销售人员；
4. 密切关注市场动态并制定可执行的促销活动的开展和总结；
5.经销商相关政策沟通，回款发货对账等相关事务处理；
6. 固定资产管理，团队建设及管理；
7. 对区域的整体各项任务考核的达成负责.

任职资格：
1.服从公司和大区的管理，认同公司企业文化；
2.熟悉儿童教育，少儿培训，数码，IT等领域市场；
3.统筹管理能力强，能出差，抗压能力强，为人真诚坦率，热爱新鲜事物，善于与人交流，自身动手能力强；
4.能熟练使用办公操作软件PPT，EXCEL等；
5.至少2年以上终端零售管理经验，年龄32岁以内. 举报 分享
