职位描述：
一、岗位薪酬：
无责任底薪4000-5000，岗位月度平均收入在8000-10000元之间，表现优秀者月度收入在10000-15000元。
二、完善的培训机制：
1.公司设有完善的培训机制，为每位员工提供岗位及个人综合能力提升等培训。
2.培训项目：①免费的入职培训②定期业务能力及专业能力提升培训（岗位专业知识、职业素养、沟通能力、礼仪形象、管理能力等），由总部高层领导、人力资源部培训师及外聘讲师主讲。
三、岗位职责：
1.负责市场调研客户信息的开发，推荐公司产品，宣传企业品牌；
2.定期参加产品培训，并深入研究，为客户提供更好的咨询服务；
3.分析客户需求，了解客户关注点，换位思考，制定合理学习计划及改进学习方案，有针对性销售；
4.电话邀约客户参观分校、参加试听课程，通过面谈的方式完成课程销售；
5.负责未报名客户的跟踪回访，长期跟进，最终达成签单。
四、任职条件：
1. 大专及以上学历，热爱教育行业；
2.具有良好的沟通协调能力、说服能力、谈判能力，有一定销售技巧，有较强的抗压能力及客户分析能力；
3.具有一定的撰写能力，市场预判、分析和开发能力，了解客户心理；
4.相貌端庄，举止大方得体，普通话标准，亲和力较强，善于沟通；
五、广阔的职业发展空间：
公司设有专业和管理两大晋升方向，不同能力和职业倾向的员工可以选择不同的职业发展方向，部分员工入职 3-5个月晋升为中级课程顾问，表现优秀员工入职5-8个月晋升为高级课程顾问，表现更优秀员工入职6-12个月晋升为资深课程顾问或中心主任。
