Key Result Areas:

• Achieve sales & distribution target in assigned sales territories
• Implement channel strategies and manage distributors and wholesalers in sales & distribution targets achievement
• Ensure adequate stock level of key items/TVC items
• Implement Hasbro's merchandising guidelines and ensure excellent brand presence at POS level
• Work with local distributors/wholesalers closely to ensure the qualified executions of BTL programs
• Collect, inteprete and feed back field market information
• Provide product knowledge training to wholesalers' sales team
