Job description
1.Yearly make the related acting plan according to the management goal of dealers
2.Participate in the process of signing the sales agreement with dealers and supervise the implement
3.Participate in the dealers’ daily sales work and help them reach the sales goal with customers.
4.Visit dealers regularly and know the status of the service and sales in time. Help dealers make related action plan
5.According to the “agreement of dealer parts and service sales”, supervise the regional dealers to achieve the goal and give advice on rewards and punishments and make the related improvement measures.
6.Participate in and supervise the execution of authorized service dealer’s batch delivery and propose suggestion.
7.Instruct and help dealers promote the ‘comfortair’ and achieve the goal
8.Participate in and promote the application of DSM and the localization of service model and propose suggestion
9.Participate in the management of ACC system to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data and propose suggestion
10.Participate in communication with dealers and handle complaints and conflicts
11.Regularly arrange the training of dealer service engineers’ sales and service ability.
12.Supervise the illegal behavior of dealers then suggest and execute the punishment
13.According to the credit rating and limit of dealers, follow up the condition of dealers’ receivables
14.Coordinate the cooperation of interregional dealers
Promote the use of aftermarket dealer info system

Mission
1.Promote the sales performance of dealers
2.Promote the dealers’ profit model of sales service
Cooperate with OFA & IAT department, orderly develop the aftermarket service sales of dealers.

Experience requirements
More than 2 years experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company, of which 1-2 years experience in compressor industry

Knowledge
1.Good English in both spoken and written.
2.Good computer skills including Microsoft series and Lotus Notes.

Educational requirements
University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
Personality requirements
Strong interpersonal communication and sales management skills.
