管理目标
Mission
? Through remote monitoring compressors’ running date to support
o predict service maintenance based on real running hours to satisfy our customers
o proactive aftermarket sales to improve sales efficiency to improve CTS business
? Assist Operations business line manager to implement projects in planning centers
? 通过空压机远程运行数据的监控来支持：
o 提供基于实际运行数据的预见性保养服务来满意与客户
o 主动性的销售行为来提高销售效率，促进售后服务业绩

Job Description
？ Report to monitoring supervisor, the incumbent must perform his/her duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer. The incumbent is expected to take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
？ 24/7 Monitor compressor running data & trends
？ Training and/or information to distributors, planning centers, and field service for proactive service providing.
？ Record and forward sales leads to marketing/sales for follow up.
？ Communicate with customer to clarify the warning/service events
？ Provide annual running report to customer
？ Other Administrative job assigned by his/her supervisor and BLM
？ Working Hours: Hours will vary by shifts example 1st shift: 8am – 4pm, 2nd shift: 4pm-12am an 3rd shift: 12am-7am this hours are not set just examples.

工作内容
? 汇报给监控中心主管，任职者必须按阿特拉斯?科普柯的标准执行其行为，努力去理解客户的期望和需求，采取适当的行动去达到客户的需求，并在行动过程中和相关的人员建立和保持沟通。
? 空压机监控中心24/7小时远程监测运行数据和趋势。
? 培训并将信息分享至全国范围内相关的代理商、派工中心以响应客户的服务需求
? 记录并转达商机给相关的销售和市场人员进行跟进
? 与客户沟通并确认报警或服务事件。
? 提供给客户年度运行报告
? 其他指定的行政工作。
? 工作时间：四班三运转。

Experience
1-3 years relevant experience


Knowledge
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word ,Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Lotus Notes software applications is a plus.

Personal requirements
Must be self-directed, have a positive attitude, and be customer-service oriented. Must also have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
