职位描述：
Conduct the business of all responsible areas and develop district
objective and direction
Establish productive team with great performance and morale
Achieve sales target successfully on the condition of complying with
the company¡¯s policy
Participate in staff recruitment and responsible for people development
as well as perfor-mance management and coaching
Build up and maintain smooth communication
Leadership, team work and positiveness
Good communication, planning and organizing skills

Education:
Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine science
Languages:
Fluent Mandarin and local dialect
Experience:
3+ years sales experience within pharmaceutical industry, while 1+
years in sales management position
Good leadership skills to direct a team of Medical Representatives
Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Refer to sales performance in recent two years, and MAT should be over
100% during the past 4 quarters
Internal management experience preferred, Mini OTR or SS preferred,
good team work, written approval from District Manager & Regional
