Planner function:
1. Daily operation of stock replenishment run and purchase orders generation.
2. Follow up purchase orders, to guarantee stock availability as target.
3. Keep contact with vendors and update the PO confirmation date in time.
4. Make forecast for critical vendors
5. Track and monitor supplier delivery performance and set up communication plan with supplier to drive delivery performance and quality improvement.
6. Responsible for inventory control at spare parts level by set up min/max inventory, reasonable lead time, safety stock, lot size and ROP.

Customer Contact function:
1.Represent China Service Center to accept all logistics inquiries and claims from internal customers. Aim to improve the satisfaction of internal customers.
2.Follow up the open orders, especially urgent or breakdown orders. Ensure the back order can be issued as soon as possible. And inform the updated status to internal customers in time.
3.Pass the logistics requirement from internal customers to the corresponding teams in China Service Center and follow up the request to guarantee it is handled efficiently. Give feedback to internal customers in time.
4. Other tasks are required.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree.
2. Three years experience in a planning/purchasing role.
3. Good computer skills (MS Excel), preferably with experience of using SAP.
4. Good communicate skills and with strong responsibility and teamwork spirit.
5. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
6. Good positive attitude towards learning.
