Job Requirement

1、23岁以上，大专及以上学历；
Not less than 23 years old, college degree or above.
2、2年以上工作经验，有保险理赔及维修业务经验；
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in insurance claims and repairing;
3、对数字敏感并细心，熟练操作办公软件；
Knowledge of the data processing and skills with Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4、沟通能力强，具备服务意识，综合分析能力强。
Competency of good communication and analysis skills.

工作描述
Job Description

1、协助主管做好与4S店及保险公司对接索赔及保险理赔服务及进度跟进；
Assist the manager to handle the claims with 4S stores and insurance companies and follow up the process.
2、做好二手车延保的指派工作
Handle the work in Extanded warranty of the second-hand car
3、负责相关单据的处理及保管；
Responsible for dealing with the related transaction record and keep it wll.
4、负责理赔案件的相关档案管理；
Responsible for managing the records of all claims.
5、完成公司及上级领导交办的其他工作
Complete all work assigned by manager.
