Service Engineer – “OriginAir”
OriginAir is the centralized refurbishment and support center for second hand stationary Atlas Copco compressed air equipment.
With a specific focus on Oil-free Air & Oil-injected equipment, this young and dynamic organization supports customer centers in the sales, buy-back and service process of used equipment.
 
Within our OriginAir service & refurbishment team we are looking for a service engineer.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Safeguard the OriginAir quality label
- Quality and ‘complete’ of the service ticket.
o Parts consumed
o Documentation and certificates of the machine in progress
o Follow-up service costs and time spend per machine (with support of Service Team Leader)

Your daily tasks will cover:
1/ Provide maintenance & repair service
? Test ZR/T-GA-CD-BD-FD machines at reception
o Define technical condition via specific test procedures
o Define parts/time required to bring the unit to “OriginAir” quality Standard
? Perform standard service till full machine revision
o Standard preventive maintenance
o Replacement of elements,
o Installation of exchange motors & convertors
o Programming of convertors
o Upgrading of Elektronikon modules
o Modification of pressure variant
o …
? Test after service/revision

2/ Co-ordination with sales, and technical team

? Prepare order for required parts to be approved by Service Team Leader
? Fill-out test documents
? Administration of the service ticket
? Participate in weekly team meetings

3/ Quality assurance and Safety
? Safeguard the “OriginAir”quality label
? Participate in quality – “safety first” meetings
? Contribute to continuous improvement


 
Job requirements
1/ Experience & Knowledge
? Bachelor in engineering or equivalent
? More than 3 years experience on compressors
? Software skills e.g. MS Office, Lotus Notes would be an asset
? Knowledge of English as a plus
