To achieve business goals in the Key Account(s), the main responsibilities are:
Develop and implement business plan to achieve sales target:
? Annual contract negotiation with customer
? Business planning and implementation, including effective forecasting, budget planning and usage, effective sell-in.
? Business Review with internal and external customers.
Drive Hasbro Brand Awareness and consumer activities in store:
? Follow company guideline to execute right in-store 4P.
? Follow MKT/TMKT guideline and brand activation plan to drive KA in-store activities.
? Use budget wisely to promote key franchise brands not only in store, but other platforms (if have), i.e. digital.
Effective Customer Management:
? Work with Channel Head to improve relationship with external customers.
? Work with Channel Head to maintain effective relationship with distributors.
? Independently work with KA HQs to conduct business planning, review meeting and problem solving.
Effective Budget and Promotion Management:
? Strictly follow internal compliance requirement and Finance policies to spend trade budget.
? Work in ‘ROI’ mind-set to drive proper promotion activity within budget target.
? Able to leverage Distributor resource to co-invest in business development.

Professional Know-how
? Bachelor Degree
? Overall 5+ years working experience in sales roles.
? Minimum 3 years in National Key Account Management sales roles in consumer product industry.
? Good understanding about China’s hypermarket channel and customer.
? Good business planning capabilities.
? Good business English, esp. in Email, Power-point, Excel.
? Strong Office Software skill.
? Baby & Toy industry experience is preferred.
Soft Skills:
? Strong initiative taking.
? Strong communication and selling skills
? Good negotiation skills.
? Fast Learner.
? Problem Solving.
? Work under pressure.
Business Understanding:
? Familiar with distributor-supply KA model.
? Familiar with international key accounts, i.e. RT-Mart, C4, Auchan
? Knowledge about Baby and Toy industry, i.e. Infant formula milk, baby accessory, toys&game
