Reporting to: Senior Compliance Manager, Corporate Audit, New York

Department：Finance and Business Operations Department,

Position Purpose:
The Compliance Senior Auditor will have primary responsibility for conducting investigations of allegations of violations of Pfizer policies and procedures or laws in the Chinese and other markets within Asia.

Core Responsibilities and scope of work:
· Conduct on-site investigations at Pfizer and third party locations, including investigations of allegations of expense report fraud, conflicts of interest, violations of the Global Policy on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals (GPIHP) and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other violations of Pfizer policies and procedures or laws.
· Responsible for ensuring quality and timeliness of planning, fieldwork & close-out of investigations.
· Present investigation findings and recommendations for disciplinary actions to senior site and division management.
· Domestic and international business travel required of approximately 25% - 30%.

Education/Training:
HS Diploma, BA/BS, Mater/MBA, Law/Finance preferred.
Certified Fraud Examiner and Public Accountant preferred

Working Experiences
Minimum of 3 years.

Type of industry/organizations: Public accounting, internal auditing or legal background required; multi-national pharmaceutical experience a plus; international experience a plus

Most critical technical competencies or capabilities:
· Fluent in Chinese and English
· Forensic skills required
· Strong financial background preferred; IT exposure a plus
· Experience with requirements of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and U.S. rules and regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
· Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with all levels of management
· Demonstrated ability to interview colleagues and third parties, at all levels of the organizations, on sensitive and confidential matters, as part of investigations.
· Negotiation and influence skills – the ability to influence others without express authority.
· Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to integrate across multiple and varied business areas
