Mission：
Located in Zhe Jiang Province.
Responsbility of Account manager is mainly to maintain the MI current key account customers relationship and catch opportunity or creat new demands in those accounts or new accounts.
MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Maintain and develop the assigned MI key accounts to expand MI market share.
2.Develop competitor's key accounts or equal accounts to expand MI market share.
3.Develop current MI key account relationship to ensuring their business concerns are being addressed in a timely manner.
4.Meet and exceed sales targets related to up selling to assigned key accounts.
5.Regular analysis growth of key accounts. Prepare a detailed yearly growth strategy for each assigned account.
6.Coordinate the resolution of any key outstanding issues with other MI departments.
7.Coordination with other Account managers to ensure consistency in approach, and sharing of experience and ideas.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Sales and/or Marketing, or other relevant discipline;
2.Minimum of 5 years of sales/marketing/account manage experience (preferably in the industrial equipment);
3.Good judgment, creative, autonomous, good negotiator, computers skill(Knowledge in Excel, Power point and Word).
4.Can preparing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
5.Client oriented, demonstrate sales expertise, solid communication skills (verbal and written) fluent in both Chinese and English;
6.Willingness to go on frequent business trips/ valid driving license is required
