Job Description:
1.Perform requirement definition and analysis
2.Translate business workflow into system design
3.Perform hands-on coding job and provide technical advice to the team
4.Understand and induct the advanced technology tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the development cycle
5.Perform system installation and training to the target audience according to deployment plan
6.Provide pre-sales support when needed
7.Report the progress of development activity as required

Requirements:
1.In-depth understanding of Object-oriented methodology,N-tier Structure and midware technology
2.J2EE and database development experience
3.Microsoft .NET is a plus
4.Good understanding of Logistics Business
5.High degree of flexibility and desire to commit
6.Both analysis and coding experience in an IT function for minimum 2 years
7.Exposure to Logistics industry will be a critical advantage
8.Must have proven track records of developing business system solutions
9.Practice of CMM methodology and Certified Software Development Certification
