Roles & Responsibilities:
Logistic Routes:
1. Manage in/outbound flows for China and Singapore in compliance with local regulations and company policies and responsible of the achievement of Global logistic key performance indicators (KPI) for the platform.
2. Implement delivery routes and 3 or 4 PL’s solutions for China, Singapore & Asia pacific to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) according to Logistic Route global strategy and maximize logistics Key Performance Indicators KPI’s for both domestic and international flows.
3. Responsible for billing control and report from all carries and 3rd party logistics partners in China and Singapore.
4. Responsible for the achievement of the freight costs budget for the Greater China platform and Singapore.
5. Follow and improve logistics key performance indicators (KPI’s) for regional organization and ensure the achievement of highest quality services as per Logistic Route standard.
6. Manage emergency plans in case of exceptional events as natural disasters, strikes, epidemic diseases, material shortage etc…. and implement specific solutions.
7. Define and implement electronic tools with carriers/customers to enable tracking & tracing and pre-invoicing (TMS module).
8. Follow and optimize freight expenses recovery plan to customers.
9. Lead carriers continuous improvement projects on both service and cost.
10. Handle logistic claims and drive corrective actions with carriers.
11. Manage and maintain the Logistic Routes documentations for all carriers and 3rd party logistics partners for warehouses, as well as complete monthly activity report and tasks.
12. Responsible for contract & agreement review or update for all carries and 3rd party logistics partners with coordinating supports from related functions.
Supply Chain Engineering:
1. Involve for NPI project since phase 3 in order to define and set up proper logistic flow in place before FCS (First Customer Shipment).
2. As local contacts, follow up the actions list, coordinate and implement for global supply chain engineering projects.
3. Involve for global or regional logistics flow or transportation project to support for achieving or exceeding the project objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Education/Training Required:
College degree or above, major in international logistics preferred.
2. Work Experience Required:
5+ years working experience for forwarder or logistics management, knowledge for integrated supply chain management preferred.
