职位描述：
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years above working experiences in HR function, 3 years talent management experiences, Learning & Development background is a plus;
- Familiar with the rationale, methodologies and process of talent identification, review and development, has the hands-on experiences of succession planning and talent development programs;
- Is able to diagnose the organizational and talent problems and provide the constructive solutions to the internal clients;
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
- Good listener & clear thinker

Job Responsibilities:
- Compose, optimize and implement talent management process/procedure in the organization, is responsible to answer, explain and train the HRBPs;
- Partner with CoE colleagues and HRBPs to implement the related programs in terms of the talent strategies;
- Provide the professional consultation on the topics related to talent, development, learning and engagement to the HRBP’s and business in support of business strategies. 举报 分享
