职位描述：
Responsibilities / 工作职责：
1. In order to achieve the sales target, provide sales team with technical support during the whole sales cycle and communicate with our factories as an interface.
为完成销售目标，在整个销售环节向销售人员提供技术支持，作为与工厂的联络沟通桥梁；
2. In order to achieve the sales target, transfer the new product knowledge/necessary skill/necessary tools to the sales force, and give test to make sure sales team knowledgeable in this regard accordingly;
为完成销售目标，传递最新的产品知识、必备的技能、必不可少的工具等给销售团队，并及时考核以确保销售团队掌握了相应的知识或技能等；
3. In order to achieve the sales target, tightly follow up projects status/progress, which involved.
为完成销售目标，紧密跟踪参与的项目进展；
4. For certain strategic/large scale/heavily technical involved projects, present the leading capability until the final success.
对战略性、大规模或技术要求很高的参与项目，自始至终表现可极强的把控能力；
5. Design and develop sales strategy for specific products;
制定及发展关于所负责的产品的销售策略；
6. Make marketing plan for the respective products and organize the implementation;
制定所负责产品的市场推广计划并组织实施；
7. Collect and provide competitor related product and technical information and keep sales team informed;
收集和提供竞争对手的产品及技术发展信息，并传递给销售团队；
8. Provide customers with support and consultations on product recommendations, etc.
向客户提供如产品选型等技术方面的支持及咨询；
9. Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses and other marketing events;
代表公司参加展会、开放日等市场活动；
10. Be accountable for all business issues of responsible product lines.
解决所负责产品线的所有问题。
11. Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor.
完成其他主管安排的工作。

Qualification / 要求:
College degree and above, major in mechanical, electrics, or equivalent
机械、电气等相关专业大专及以上学历
Minimum 5 years relevant experience, good knowledge of machine tool industry and have established good network in the market
5年以上相关工作经验，良好的数控机床相关知识，具有机床市场广泛的人际关系网络
Fluent English and good computer skills
英语流利，且计算机技能熟练。
Good communication skills, pro-active and independent, team worker
良好的沟通能力，具有主动、独立的工作能力及团队协作精神。
Capable to join an international environment
能够融入国际性工作环境。
Frequent travelling is required
