What we offer:

• Accomplish Product Development (PD) project to design new product to fulfill customer needs
• Fundamental study to support the development of product technology and quality
• Improve the formulations of current product to fix current market and meet customer new needs
• Formulate epoxy molding compound by product performance, focused on completion within short and long windows of opportunity
• Prepare, deploy and manage PD project through accomplishment, including bench work and pilot sample preparation as necessary
• Build/ strengthen relationship with customers (may need traveling) not only to solve problems but also proactively collect market/customers' demands and evaluate needs for new products
• Provide the PD portion of technical support as needed to other functions such as sales, marketing, technical service & manufacturing, etc
• Complete filing of patents to protect the intelligent property of the company and technical paper writing to publicize the product technology of company

Who we are looking for:

• Master’s Degree Major in Chemistry or related courses.
• 1 plus years experience in semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

·准备，展开并管理研发项目直至完成，包括基本工作和必要时试产样品的准备。

·建立并加强与客户的关系（可能需要出差），解决问题并提前知晓市场/客户的需要，及新产品的需求

·如其它职能部门-销售，营销，技术服务和生产等需要，需提供技术支持中研发的部分。

·为保护公司的知识产权要完成专利申请的填写，并撰写技术论文宣传公司的产品技术

岗位要求：

·硕士文凭，化学相关专业毕业

·一年以上半导体或电子相关工作经验

·精通英语
