职位描述：

Position Summary：

Work closely with process managers and manufacturing supervisor to identify the production line needs.

Product & manufacturing process and documents transfer. Document, Quality key points, fixture design.

Enhancing company's competitiveness through higher output and lower cost.

Responsibilities:

1. New product Development Planning review, production capacity and manufacturing evaluation.

2. New supplier development, new component approval.

3. Product & manufacturing process study and transfer. product & process document transfer.

4. D&P FMEA review, Process flow design, work instruction design. fixture design, outsourcing, modification and approval.

5. CPK tracking and key quality process control improvement, VA/VE on Product & Process.

6. Safety improvement from manufacturing perspective.

7. Operator’s training

Requirements:

1. University degree with mechanical/automation major.

2. At least 5 years process engineer working experience.

3. Good understanding on manufacturing.

4. Self-motivator with good communication and interpersonal skill.

5. Good command of English.
