Primary Responsibilities:
1. Train supplier on Global supplier manual in order to implement them with all supplier bases
2. Management for all suppliers PPAP’s ensuring they are submitted on time and all requirements have been met, as an executive summary
3. Management for all APQP projects via gate review, APQP work book to make sure supplier can meet program requirement
4. Continuous communication with PM Manager in order to be deeply involved on program issue and assist on supplier activities to be performed to accomplish launch expectations
5. Participate all design review and APQP meeting in English
6. Participate in the supplier selection process , and Provide technical and practical support if Design team wanted
7. Approve and follow up change management
8. Handle 8D report from supplier Travel to supplier to verify the correction action plan implementation for quality complaint.
9. Appropriation of PPAP documents checked on plausibility and timing;
Job Requirements:
1. University degree in Engineering or equivalent and rich technology background about stamping, machining, molding
2. CQI for special process requirement ;
3. Audit skills as well as TS 16949 or VDA6.3
4. At least 5 years’ experience and at least 3 years’ automotive experience, preferably in a cross functional role;
5. Thorough knowledge of quality and manufacturing tools such as APQP, MSA, PPAP. SPC, FMEA, CP, Poke yoke, Pareto analysis, cause and affect analysis, fishbone diagrams, Six Sigma tools can be applied and understood ;
6. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Strong persuasive skills in English, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure, analytical, proactive
7. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and report writing skills in English;
8. 8D report assessment and submission experience
