DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop PV product strategies that are aligning with company's strategy based on relevant financial, technical, commercial and market information/intelligence
2. Develop product roadmap that reflects the short and middle term product release plan and make the storyline to appeal to customers
3. Optimize corporate product portfolio by coordinate between technology and commercial driven departments
4. Develop PM process, standardization, communication and implementation and own the process of managing the entire lifecycle of a new product from its conception, through design and manufacture, to service and disposal (including to lead the decision making of products end of life)
5. Developing business case to demonstrate financial impact of respective NPI project. Evaluate NPI projects and set up PAC (Project Approval Committee) for selection and prioritization of the projects
6. Enhance coordination between market intelligence and technical feasibility to optimize the balance between customer satisfaction and ROI
7. Enhance cross functional coordination to ensure smooth launch of new products
8. Collaborate with R&D, prioritize the projects with more comprehensive consideration of technology trend, margin contribution and marketing position

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. More than 5 years' working experience in industrial product market, familiar with industrial products and the market. PV technical background is a plus
2. More than 3 years' team management and project management experience.
3. Bachelor degree or master, major in energy, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, material science, automation, Mater degree or MBA is a plus
4. Problem-solving skills and Thought leadership
5. Ability to think strategically (big-picture perspective)
6. Very Strong analytic skills; competitive analysis, modeling, financial analysis, and ability to effectively analyze data to generate innovative insights and actionable information to drive results
7. Capable of effectively managing priorities, people, time and multiple projects simultaneously and scoping and executing concrete strategic initiatives
8. Good at English, especially at written English.
9. Mainly located in Shanghai and Qidong, Jiangsu, China
10. Be free to communicate with and travel overseas to cover several countries of APAC and other emerging countries
