职位描述：

1. 负责基建项目的方案设计/审核、平面布置、基建改造/改善项目的设计工作，编制项目的费用预算、进度计划，负责基建项目的实施、质量监督、成本控制、建设进度控制和竣工验收。
2. 编制年度物业管理计划，及时更新相应房屋、建筑物、基建管网的相关图纸，并确保其准确性。
3. 负责公司房屋、建筑物等固定资产的台帐管理工作
4. 负责常驻基建维修队的精益管理策划，提供业务指导与培训。
5. 负责公司建筑物的安全设施规划和评价。


要求：3年以上相关工作经验
大学本科以上，土建专业
熟练使用办公自动化软件，AUTO-CAD
