General Responsibilities:
Be responsible to handle the customs solution offer of Ocean Freight import
Be responsible to handle the customs clearance and delivery
Be responsible to handle the agent cost check
Detailed Responsibilities:


To follow standard and customized SOP’s for customers as directed by Management.
To verify the shipping information once received pre-alert. Coordinate with FIS OP to prepare for clearance in advance.
To check the clearance documents before vessel arrival.
To follow the customs clearance status with broker and keep related OP notice.
To prepare/handle shipping documentation and to arrange for customs clearances & Delivery
To ensure accurate and complete cost transfer to OP.
To maintain excellent working relationships with all clients and colleagues (KAM, CS,SALES) within the group as well
as 3rd party vendors used by DSV


To pro-actively act on behalf of DSV and to handle all customs solution related requests and tasks in a timely,
accurate and professional manner
To minimize the use of “hardcopy” paper for record keeping and communication in favor of electronic, paperless
methods (e-Mail, e-Fax, spreadsheet and word processing software, DSV’s computer systems, etc…)
Accident report to the Supervisor and Manager in due course
