Responsibities:
- Together with management implement legal compliance process thereby ensuring lincense to Operate.
- Plan and act occupational Health & Safety processes based on performance and Process House thereby ensuring an optimal occupational Health & Safety and OHSAS 18001 compliance
- Act as superviser to poduction management in all healt and safety matters. Plan and chair safety committee ensuring the participation of workers.
- Collect and report occupational Health & Safety data thereby ensuring the communication of important data
- Plan and act accident/incident process based on Process House thereby ensuring an optimal accident/incident flow;Plan and act health & safety project works in the organisation thereby ensuring health & safety improvement.
- Support and supervise the HSE Officers and safety representatives at their work and be health & safety knowledge back-up to the HSE Officers and safety representatives.
- Support cross-functional project works in the organisation ensuring an optimal health & safety level in the projects.
- 50% of work is expected to be in the office, 40% of work on the productin shopfloor, 10% safety teaching of Bluecollars
- Participate in internal/external audits and coordinate/initiate necessary activities for preparation/follow up

Required:
- Auditor
- HSE tools e.g. Process House, Workspace, eQMS
- Risk Assessment
- Systematic and analyzing approach to taskRoot Cause Analysis
- Occupational Health & Safety knowledge
- ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Knowledge of national/local HSE legislation
- Good communicating at every level - both writing and speaking
- General HSE Awareness
- Organizational knowledge
- Project Management skills ;Product knowledge ;Coaching skills ;Tutoring skills
