Job Duties
1 In charge of total merchandise and product management of all brands in accordance with the company's directions and business strategies
2 Assist Buying Director to formulate seasoal buying budget
3 Supervise the buy to ensure appropriate seaonal merchandise assortment
4 Provide training to new staff on the appropriate buying procedures
5 Allocate work responsibility, manage the progress of product training material preperation
6 Participating in department staff performance evaluation, assist staff to set yearly target
7 Assist buying director in formulating appropriate working procedures to improve efficiencies


Requirement

Education
University or above
Experience 8 years or above
Professional
University graduate in Fashion and retail business related disciplines
Others Frequent overseas and local traveling
"Strong business sense, attentive to figures and strong analytical skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
able to work under pressure
Good command of English and Chinese"
