职位描述

Goals/Mission:

- The NCR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating NCR work flows within Supplier Quality function and generate NCR KPI reports.


Working Partners / Contacts:

- The NCR Coordinator will have close contact with SWP manufacturing plants, local Supplier Quality team members and global opposite members of NCR coordination.


Tasks:

- The NCR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating NCR work flows within Supplier Quality function and generate NCR overview and NCR KPI reports, and provide support for NCC and PPM reporting.
- Provide the KRIMA NC system training to the KRIMA user.
- Support the implementation of NCR work flows in SQ function.
- Support the maintanence of electronic NCR system in SQ function.
- Distribute the NCRs to responsible supplier quality engineers and follow up the handling of NCRs.
- Support the 8D for NCRs.
- Support the implementation of SQ related process.


Competencies:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.

- Knowledge of quality principles and NCR process.

- Good command of MS office softwares.

- Have basic knowledge of SAP system.

- Good English skills, in read, writing and oral.


Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.


Knowledge/Languages:

- Good English skills. Solid communication skill and team building skill.- Good analytical skill.

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality function or relevant.

- Liaise with international teams.
