Mission of Function:

- Manage & Maintain wind turbine master data and product BOM in SAP. Record and Release bill of materials information for APAC product . Communicate with cross function teams about BOM usage and change both locally and globally.

Contacts (internal / external):

- The EMD Project Engineer reports to the Head of PLM department. His/her main contacts are Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing departments both in Shanghai and in Denmark.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:

- Responsible for the creation, checking and overall consistency of master data in SAP. Manage master data changes.

- Develop, release and maintain product BOM and manage BOM changes in SAP.

- Drive the quality of master data and BOM, including accuracy, structure optimization and on time delivery.

- Actively participate in ECM process. Monitor, track and implement affected changes on master data and BOM.

- Assist local engineering, procurement and manufacturing with necessary BOM changes.

- Support training on BOM and SAP related topics.

Competencies:

Techniques (Technologies / Methodologies / Professional Knowledge)

Profess. Knowl.:

- Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent majors.

Technologies:

- 1~2 years working experience in handling/editing/creating master data and large BOMs in SAP, ERP

Profess. Knowl.:

- Familiar with Product Development Process and Engineering Change Process

Profess. Knowl.:

- Experience of Product Engineering or Assembly Manufacturing or Aftersales Service Engineering

Methodologies:

- Experience in multi-national company is a plus.

Methodologies:

- Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Technologies:

- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office softwares.

Profess. Knowl.:

- Experience in wind power is an advantage
