职位描述
Responsibilities:
1- Coordinate the day to day activities of the team.
2- Ensuring that the targets are reached through focus on ensuring that all standards, procedures and systems (ISO, SAP) are followed.
3- Department report preparation and ensuring the reliable data for more accuracy.
4- Keep communication with warehouse people to ensure daily service excellence as well as KPI and productivity target achievement, all customer requirement can be fulfilled.
5- Coordinate with planner to make production plan
6- Ensure and maintain 5S
7- Other jobs assigned by manager
Required:
1- > 3 years experience from a similar position, logistics planner is preferred
2- Process Oriented
3- Leadership skills are a requirement, Empathy, ability to motivate and coach people.
4- Intercultural understanding is an advantage
