负责精神领域或其他相关领域创新药物的开发，包括应用各种分子生物学手段对靶点进行验证，根据不同的靶点构建和选择各种生化和细胞分析方法筛选化合物，评价药物体内活性和药物动力学和代谢特点，负责与CRO等研究机构的协作等。

任职资格：
1. 生物, 医学, 药学，或其他相关专业，具有硕士或博士学历；
2. 1-5年相关工作经历，熟悉各种分子生物学包括传导通路分析技术；
3. 具有精神医学基本知识，在此领域有转化医学的经验会优先考虑；
4. 具有较强的综合归纳和沟通能力，具有良好的英语读写能力；
5. 熟悉相关数据分析软件；
6. 工作积极主动，能及时调整适应工作中的需要，有团队协作精神。

We are seeking a highly motivated biologist with drug discovery experience to join the Biology Department of Hansoh Pharmaceuticals Research Center at Shanghai. Primary responsibilities will include target validation of various diseases including neurological/psychosis disease, evaluation of compound activity, determination of mechanism of action (MOA)，evaluation of compound PD-PK-efficacy in animal models. Responsible for collaboration with CRO or other research institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or M.S. degree in biology/pharmacology or related areas with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in drug discovery. Candidates should be familiar with biology and pathway analysis in the disease area. Understanding of psychosis diseases is required. A basic grasp of translational neuroscience is high preferred. The candidate should be able to use software for data analysis and statistical analysis, interpret data and report result to the project team. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a desire to work and contribute in an adaptive team environment are essential.
