What we offer:
Work closely with production team and arrange delivery as per request form sales team or customer.
Review inventory level of finished goods and modify production planning if necessary.
Monitor SAP operation
Communicate between sales and over-the-counter Shanghai for customer credit block and release issue.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelors degree major in English
Minimum of one year experience in Customer Service
Excellent English communication skill
