Factory Manger/plant manager/operation manager 工厂经理/运营经理


Key responsibilities include:
in charge manufacturing,equipment,process，quality function and supply chain.
leads the expectation and culture of zero workplace injuries through behavior based safety, daily shop floor safety inspections, prompt root cause investigation of all safety incidences, weekly review of all HSE projects and non-conforming issues report, monthly review of all internal HSE initiatives, recordable safety incident review and reporting;
management systems and CI activities and support of all budgetary requirements
drives strict adherence expectations of all quality management systems, monthly review of quality metrics, conducting random system checks for procedural compliance, ensure internal and external issues are effectively charted and posted for entire plant review and engagement into the quality CI initiatives and deliverables
must be certain that all operational systems and procedures adhere at all times to TS16949 standards and any other established company or industry quality standards
works with the site engineering teams to ensure monthly review of all manufacturing and facility equipment PM’s
To succeed in this role, you must have good understanding on the automotive industry, and also the excellent manage skills.

key requirements include:
requires a bachelor’s degree
must have extensive manufacturing experience

Over 10 years related experience in multi-national machinery manufacturing corporations and have rich practical experience on overall management.
Over 5 years management experience as operations manager in an international manufacturing company in China.
Be familiar with machining process and production flow.
Have rich practical experience on setting up and maintaining production system.
Excellent communication skills. Communication plays a very high role in this position.
Result - oriented, agility, dynamic, innovative, supportive, unbiased and trusted.
Excellent overall business sense, combined with superior judgment and relationship building skills.
Good strategic planning skills.
