Position Summary
Organize the resources to deliver Operational Excellence on quality, speed and cost, and structure for continuous improvement. Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve MFG goals & objectives.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
2. Prioritizes production schedules based on customer request date, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
3. Optimize processes.
4. Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
5. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function. Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
6. Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions.
7. Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
8. Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information. Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
9. A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Basic training: 6 sigma / LEAN Manufacturing / TPM ISO9000 / ISO14000.
3. Good knowledge of the Engineering and manufacturing operations/6 sigma/lean manufacturing concept.
4. Able to lead across department and motivate teammates, Leadership; People Management.
5. At least 7 years equivalent experience.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Good oral and written English skills.
