Position Summary：

Enhance the strength of product quality control; Quickly response to customer; Strengthen the management of quality technician and inspectors

Responsibilities:

· Make sure to achieve annual quality goal of each product line(Customer events and customer return DPPM).

· Make sure well process quality control and monitoring.

· Identifying and monitoring the abnormal case, find the root cause and take actions and follow up the case;

· Solve customer complaints and do Failure Analysis for the failure samples;

· Identify and segregate the nonconforming products, follow-up nonconforming procedure;

· MSA for every key process’s gages;

· Internal process audit for normal process, pushing production improvement.

· Make sure good launch control for new product.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in electron & engineer or related major;

· Above 3 years professional experience

· Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949,6σ,good computer operation skill

· Familiar with quality tools

· Be good at electronic technology, strong communication and self-study ability

· Good oral and written English skills
