Goals/Mission:
-Plan and lead the qualification for new supplier; plan and lead existing supplier maintenance and improvement from quality perspective.

-The SQE shall report to Supplier Quality Manager in Siemens Wind Power Asia Pacific, and functionally assist the quality functions in SWP Headquarter. There will be a close cooperation with the procurement and engineering departments.

Tasks:
- Explain the qualification procedures and processes for suppliers, clarify quality-related questions from suppliers.

- Periodically analysis supplier's quality status to find out the potential for improvement and drive it.

- work on quality management activities related to casting commodities, coordinate resources and information, make project planning, monitor progress and make progress reporting, take necessary actions to ensure high level and timely deliverable in quality.

- Manage the supplier qualification and product qualification, supervise supplier and product audits as well as supplier corrective agreements.

- Monitoring the supplier's quality control activities, implement the inspection activities at the supplier site, ensure the results according to the relative technical and quality specifications / requirements.

- Evaluate suppliers' manufacturing quality assurance plan. Define , plan and perform Quality, Health and Safety audits and re-audits, corrective agreements, first article inspection, etc. according to PRO 03.01 and PRO03.04.Quality follow-up at the supplier and "root cause analysis" on welded components for wind turbines.

- Prepare audit plans, audit reports and visit reports in web-based ASD.

- Manage the Non-conformances with KRIMA NCR system, drive corrective and preventive action at suppliers, ensure quality level business results, drive supplier development related to quality.

- Implementation of quality related procedures and processes.

- Frequent travel to the suppliers.

Competencies:
- Castings, machining and quality control experience on casting manufacturing. Knowledge in GB and EN material standards. Quality system audit and problem solving skills.

- Good English skills, in writing and oral.

- Solid communication and team building skills.

- Bachelor degree in casting or metal material engineering.

- Experience with large iron-casting , machininig and surface treatment.

Essentials:
- Bachelor degree in casting Engineering or Metal Material Engineering or related technical discipline .
- Experience in iron-casting, machininig , surface treatment and supplier quality experience on casting manufacturing is essential; experience in material test is preferred.

- 5+ years experiences in casting, supplier quality.

- Collaboration with international teams. Networking and team building skills.
