Goals/Mission
- Carrying out all procurement activities in the area of materials for which the post-holder is responsible, with the objective of optimizing supply and generating a contribution to operating profit while taking into account optimazation of the total cost of ownership (Material: Composite, Lubricant, Brake and others for Wind turbines)

Tasks
- Defining of procurement strategies with alignment of regional/global commodity manager to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of materials.
- Implementing products localization to minimize total cost of ownership.
- Work on all possible cost reduction measurements to achieve the target of CNI(Contribution to Net Income).
- Preparing and conducting contract and price negotiations for medium to large volumes
to contribute to the profitability of the company.
- Maintain regular contacts with global interface partners to recognize developments (in market, demand, etc.) and exert influence accordingly.
- Undertake supplier management to gain the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain.
- Producing price forecasts and internal figures to supply basic data for corporate planning (costing data) and reporting.
- Analysing and controlling of contractual agreements to prepare renegotiations/subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and guarantee supplies.
- Monitoring the national and international market to bring new suppliers, product derivatives, and product innovations into the purchasing portfolio.
- Interdisciplinary working group/project work to inform oneself, exert influence and optimize internal processes and procedures.
Education
- Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical / Electrical/Engineering
