职位描述：

Goals/Mission:
- 1) Lead a team of SQEs to manage casting and forging suppliers and commodties in APAC
- 2) Build up and develop SQ team competency to meet business demand
- 3) Monitoring supplier performance trends, making statistical analysis report, supporting other team members on correcive & preventive actions at suppliers;
- 4) Help suppliers to improve their quality performance by training and implementing related quality tools, such as FMEA, 8D, etc.
- Working Partners / Contacts:
- Reports to head of supplier quality in APAC and global SQ category head, work with colleagues from quality department and other SWP functions e.g. SPR, EN, Global SQ. (Internal)
- Contact suppliers for business tasks and coordinate with Global commodity team. (External)

Tasks:
- Lead and work on quality management activities related to CAFO commodities, coordinate resources and information, make qualification planning, monitor progress and make progress reporting, take necessary actions to ensure high level and timely deliverable in quality. 1)
- 2) Manage the supplier qualification, process and product qualification, supervise supplier and product audits as well as supplier corrective agreements. Lead and guide the supplier to improve.
- 3) Plan and monitor the inspection activities and arranging the proper supplier quality engineers/ inspectors to be working at the suppliers. Ensure quality level inspection activities and results according to the relative technical specifications / requirements
- 4) Manage the Non-conformances, drive corrective and preventive action at suppliers, ensure quality level business results, drive supplier development related to quality.
- 5) Lead a team to support the business needs.Support, coach and develop employees
- 6) Instruct and monitor the implementation of quality related procedures and processes within the team.
- 7) Drive the team to maintain good communication and cooperation with other functions of the CAFO commodity team in APAC and global.

Competencies:
- Expert in quality related tools.Problem solving and audit skills.Supplier quality management experience in automotive industry preferred. ) 1
- 2) Good English skills, in writing and oral. Solid communication and team building skills.
- 3) Knowledge of ISO:9001, or TS16949 Quality Management System.
- 4) Good analytical skill, Statistical Process Control skill
- 5) Good knoledge in casting or forging process.

Essential Professional:
- 1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or equivalent;
- 2. Minimum 5 years experience in quality management, supplier quality management, team management or equivalent;
- 3. Familiar with supplier quality management methodology and tools e.g. ISO9001, TS16949, FAI, NCR, 8D…etc
- 4. Knowledge and experience with APQP/PPAP, 8D, non-conformity handling, FMEA
- 5. A good understanding of technical concepts in daily communication

Project / Process :
- 1. Familiar with relevant standards and specifications of castings and forgings;
- 2. Quality oriented, customer focus & business acumen;
- 3. Good computer skills & familiarity with MS Office (PPT, WORD, EXCEL etc.) ;
- 4. Lean production background is preferred;
- 5. Proficiency in both oral & written English and Chinese;

- 1. Experience in leading team/projects;
- 2. Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team environment;
- 3. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
