What are my responsibilities
- Customer Requirements
- Fully responsible for negotiating & clarifying customer requirements.
- Actively gathers information on the customer's strategy, requirements and targets.
- Manages customer expectations and translate those in the Company Project Order as essential foundation for the project.
- Manages the project as entrepreneur and asserts strategic decisions.
- Strategies for the project
- Responsible to Lead the project within compliance of the government laws, company code of conduct, rules and regulations.
- Sets necessary measures to ensure zero harm policy in environment.
- Clarifies necessary practice to ensures compliance.
- Develops and considers strategic targets for the project in line with customer and stakeholders.
- Represents the project in the relevant decision boards.
- Secures the allocation of necessary resources and engagement of the relevant stakeholders
- Identifies / creates additional opportunities.
- Performs continuous risk/opportunity assessments and Lesson Learned
- Secures necessary communication to Customer, Steering Committee, Project Team and relevant Stakeholders.
- Project finances
- Fully Responsible for the project budget.
- Responsible for evaluating, presenting and fix the project budget.
- Responsible for planning, monitoring and reporting the financials of the budget (CAPEX, OPEX, Resources)
- Responsible for Identifing & securing savings, focusing on minimizing non-conformance costs.
- Project team
- Fully Responsible for the Project Team well-being and contribution to the project.
- Takes responsibility for own and supports team-members' work life balance.
- Leads project members to act according to the country Law, Business Conduct, Guidelines and establishes a culture of trust and integrity.
- Manages project team with different cultural background.
- Communicates cross-organizational with efficient skills in managing conflics.
- Holds and seeks actively feedback (e.g. team members, managers, customer).
- Demonstrates intercultural leadership and exceptional team work.
- Performs coaching, mentoring and training of Project Team.
- Cooperates closely with Line Organization and key Stakeholders.

What do I need to qualify for this job
- Highly skilled Project Manager with > 5 years experience. Strong technical background with New Product Developments and Introduction, Technology Transfer and New Plant Developments.
- Previous responsibility of complex projects in multi-cultural teams and professional customers. Ensuring the Zero Harm policy and upholding Compliance guidelines is a prerequisite in this position.
- Strong skills in leading and coaching the project team. Project management experience is mandatory (handling stakeholder’s communication -coaching/driving/ etc). Experience from working in teams of multicultural members and handling stakeholder’s communication.
- Open minded approach to people and high degree of intercultural awareness. English language is mandatory!
